Lend Lease where the head contractor for the Pearl apartment and townhouse project consists of 172 apartments over Building A with 9 levels and Building B with 4 levels, along with nine Townhouses over 3 levels.

There are 3 levels of basement car park, as well as an outdoor 15m lap pool and courtyard area.

Watertite (originally as Ultratite) installed membranes to balconies, Roofs and Podium.

The project was completed in April 2016.
