Lendlease’s $230 million complex built on the edge of Melbourne’s CBD provides Victoria Police with a modern, operational facility that will greatly enhance police service delivery across the city.

Completed in March 2015, the complex became home to the Crime Department, Intelligence and Covert Support Department, and the Melbourne West Police Station - some 1,600 police members and staff.

The project was designed and constructed to Australia’s best environmental standards with the building achieving a 5 Star Green Star Office As Built certification.

The site is located over the City Loop rail tunnels, with a stringent Tenant brief, including disaster recovery infrastructure and unprecedented blast protection to the structure and façade in Victoria.
